I've eaten almost 600 which is unacceptable. Tomorrow, I'm aiming to keep under 300. There's not really a good reason for that tbh, it just feels right. I'm going to have 100 in the morning for breakfast, then lots of tea and coffee and then a tin of soup for dinner.

I wish I had a gym that I could go to. I wish I could do 600 a day everyday. I usually mess up and end up around 1000. Good luck with 300 cals tomorrow, but you've got a plan so you should be able to do it. Stay strong. :)
ReplyDelete600 is pretty good, especially if you went to the gym. I hardly ever am able to restrict that low! you're doing great!
